MedLand is Wellness Demonstration Centre as well as a retail shop where you can come as many times as you like to try, test equipment or buy health products.

Medical qualification and guarantees
MedLand staff are not qualified medical professionals and are not ultimately responsible for the diagnosis, treatment and/or overall management of your health conditions.
When trialling MedLandproducts, guarantees are not made implicitly or explicitly, regarding an improvement to any medical, physical, psychological or mental conditions.
Individuals may react or respond to MedLand products differently.
Who can and can't use the treatment?
We invite to our Wellbeing Demonstration Centre anyone over 18.
If you have a pacemaker, organ transplant, hernia, recent surgery, acute sickens or tumours, heart problems, high fever or pregnancy etc. it will be your responsibility to consult with your doctor and inform the MedLand staff about a such health condition.
If you feel vulnerable due to any medical condition, at any time before, during or after discontinuing trialling MedLand products, please consult with your own doctor for advice.
Persons with mental and/or physical disabilities may use the MedLand products under their carers’ supervision only, subject to MedLand staff’s prior consideration and consent.
What are your responsibilities?
You are responsible for injuries caused by inappropriate use of MedLand equipment that is different from that explained and advised by the MedLand staff.
It is your responsibility to lie in the correct position on the unit and if unsure you will seek assistance.
You will immediately advise the Staff should you feel the temperatures of the equipment are too hot for your comfort.
What will happen after your FREE trial sessions?
You will be able to continue to use ones per day for up to 1.5 hours the equipment by paying a membership or ‘Pay as you go’
You can use the MedLand products entirely voluntary and you can discontinue your membership/’Pay as you go’ at any time. Already paid fees are non-refundable.

What will happen if you won’t keep your appointment?
Each time you will fail to advise the MedLand staff that you cannot keep an appointment, youwill be asked to pay a nominal sum of£5 to enable membership to continue.
What do you need to wear?
It is your responsibility to wear clean, dry and respectable clothing. For your comfort, you can wear casual clothes.
MedLand staff have the right to refuse to let entry if a member is dressed inappropriately.
What time do you need to be for your trial session?
If you are coming the first time, you need to be at least 15 minutes earlier. If you are a regular customer you need to be at least 5 minutes before your session will start.
How to use the equipment?
MedLand staff will show you how to use the equipment correctly. After the explanation, if you still have questions please seek advice. We are here to help you!
All Electrical equipment has at least a CE certificate and will be PAT tested regularly.

Compliance with the rules of MedLand is essential, therefore, inappropriate behaviour towards staff and/or other clients, or the misuse of the equipment will not be tolerated and you will be asked to leave the premises.
If you constantly breach the rules of the MedLand your sessions will be discontinued.
