Privacy Policy

This policy explains what information SiteI (sitei.co) collects, how it is used, and your choices. SiteI is operated by Sitei LLC, an Indiana limited liability company, which is the data controller responsible for your personal information.

Information we collect

• Account information: your email address, and your name and profile photo if you sign in with Google. Passwords are stored only in hashed form by our authentication provider.
• Content you save: projects, saved parcels, measurements and notes.
• Subscription information: your plan, subscription status and billing dates. Card details are collected and handled by our payment provider, Paddle — we never see or store your full card number.
• AI questions: questions you ask the AI assistant, together with the public parcel details they relate to.
• Usage and technical data: basic logs such as IP address, browser type, pages visited and error reports, used to run and secure the site.

You can use the map without an account; we do not ask for your name, address or payment details for browsing.

How we use it

• To provide the service — signing you in and showing your saved projects.
• To manage your SiteI Pro subscription and answer your AI assistant questions.
• To send account emails such as sign-up confirmation and password resets.
• To maintain security, fix problems and improve the site.

We do not sell your personal information and do not use it for third-party advertising.

Legal basis

We use your information to perform our contract with you (providing your account, subscription and saved content), for our legitimate interests (security, fraud prevention and improving the site), to comply with legal obligations, and with your consent where required.

Who we share it with

• Hosting, database and authentication: Lovable and its cloud infrastructure providers.
• Maps: Google Maps loads in your browser and Google may collect data under its own privacy policy (policies.google.com/privacy).
• Google sign-in, if you choose it.
• Paddle.com, our Merchant of Record, for selling subscriptions, managing billing, processing payments, tax compliance and invoicing.
• AI providers: your AI assistant questions and related parcel details are sent to an AI model provider to generate answers. Your account details are not included.
• Professional advisers (such as lawyers and accountants) where needed, and authorities where required by law.
• Public GIS services (City of Indianapolis, Hamilton County, the Cities of Carmel, Fishers, Noblesville and Westfield, FEMA/Esri and USDA NRCS): map searches and clicks are sent to these services to fetch data; they do not receive your account information.

Public records shown on the map

Owner names, addresses and sale information shown on parcels come from government public records, not from SiteI users.

Retention and deletion

We keep your account and saved content until you delete it or ask us to, and delete or anonymize information when it is no longer needed. Billing records may be kept longer where the law requires. You can delete projects at any time in the app. To delete your account entirely, email sitei.co.us@gmail.com and we will remove it and your saved content within 30 days.

Security

Data is sent over encrypted connections, and each user's projects are only accessible to that user. No system is perfectly secure, so please use a strong, unique password.

Children

SiteI is not intended for children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect their information.

Your rights

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to access, correct or delete your personal information. Contact us to make a request.

Changes

We may update this policy and will change the date above when we do.

Cookies

SiteI uses only essential browser storage to keep you signed in and remember your active project. We do not use advertising cookies. Google Maps and our payment checkout may set their own cookies.
